3. Add the item to your cart and complete your order. Provide your email address and phone number so we can reach out to you if needed.

STEP 2: CUSTOM PET ART CREATION

1. We'll review your submitted photo to ensure it's suitable for the size and portrait selected. We may contact you for an alternative if necessary.
2. Our expert designers will create your personalized pet artwork with care and attention.
3. We'll perform an in-house quality check to ensure your unique pet artwork is perfect.
4. We'll offer you a sneak peek to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the final design. We're happy to make revisions if needed.

STEP 3: PRINT AND DELIVER

1. We'll print your artwork through our partnership with a local photo printing studio.
2. Your artwork will go through a final check for printing quality before we carefully package and deliver it to your doorstep.
3. We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as it's available.

PHOTO GUIDELINES:

1. Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet, and have the pet look towards the camera.
2. Capture the shot as close as possible without too much distortion, without using fisheye, to showcase your pet's unique features and character.
3. Best lighting is achieved in an outdoor natural daylight setting or a bright indoor setting away from direct sunlight. Bad lighting may result in quality concerns.
4. Never upload blurry photos, and ensure no ears are out of the frame.

Please note: We'll use the exact photo you upload with your order during the artwork creation process. Therefore, ensure the angle aligns with your chosen portrait template, the fur color is true to real life, and you're overall satisfied with the photo.
